All Registration, Curriculum, Activity, and Graduation Fees are per student and non-refundable. They may be paid by cash, check, money order, bank check, or credit card.

All Tuition may either be paid (1) in-full, in advance by cash, check, bank check, or credit card; or (2) by automatic monthly payments debited from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card. Tuition cannot be adjusted for days missed for vacation, sickness, inclement weather, etc.

Miscellaneous fees and charges from the previous month listed on the monthly statement must be included with the monthly, automatic Tuition-payment debits or credit card charges. Any outstanding account balance at the end of the school year upon early withdrawal will be debited or charged to the monthly automatic payment method on the 10th of the month following the end of the school year, the early withdrawal date, or the end date of the automatic monthly tuition payment authorization.

K5-12th Tuition paid by monthly payments begins with the first payment due on August 10, 2026, and the last on May 10, 2027 (10 payments). A monthly tuition installment represents one-tenth of the entire school year's tuition, not a month of education. Students enrolled in K5-12 by September 11, 2026, will be charged the full school year's tuition. For students enrolling K5-12, after September 11, 2026, will be charged the full year's tuition. For students enrolling K5-12, after September 11, 2026, tuition and discounts will be pro-rated based on the number of weeks remaining in the school year with 36 weeks as the basis; therefore, the monthly installment amount for a student beginning after September 11, 2026, may be different than the monthly amount calculated based on the entire school year's tuition amount.​​

Summer Preschool and Daycare Tuition paid by monthly payments begins with the first payment due on June 10, 2026, and the last on July 10, 2026 (2 payments). Summer program tuition and discounts will not be adjusted due to missed days or weeks. For those children in a 3-Day Program, one to three days attended in a week will be billed as a 3-Day Program, and four or five days attended during a week will be charged as a 5-Day Program.

Fall Preschool and Daycare Tuition paid by monthly payments begins with the first payment due on August 10, 2026, and the last on May 10, 2027. Tuition and discounts will be charged based on the number of weeks remaining for those beginning after August 31, 2026; therefore, the monthly installment amount for a child beginning after the first week of the fall session may be different than the amount listed above. For those children enrolled in a 3-Day Program, one to three days attended in a week will be billed as a 3-Day Program, and four or five days attended during a week will be charged as a 5-Day Program.

For those enrolling in K3-12 after August 31, 2026, the Registration, Curriculum, Activity Fees, and first tuition installment will be due when the student is accepted for enrollment.

When applying discounts, each family's child in the highest grade is considered the first child.

It is imperative that all accounts be paid on time. We depend upon regular tuition income to pay faculty, staff, and operating expenses. Students with accounts (including miscellaneous fees and charges) that are 30 days or more past due will not be allowed to return to class/daycare until all accounts are made current. All accounts (including miscellaneous fees and charges) must be current in order for students to receive report cards or participate in graduation exercises. If an unexpected financial hardship arises, and the parent/guardian is unable to pay on time, please contact the business office immediately.

Regardless of designation, all payments may first be applied to the oldest, unpaid invoice(s). A $20.00 late fee, per student billed, will be charged for any tuition installment not paid in full by the due date each month or the following business day if the due date falls on the weekend or holiday.

A $30.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks, ailed account debits, or declined credit card charges.

The following policy applies to withdrawals.

• We accept all K5-12 students based upon the assumption they will remain the entire school year. Total tuition due will be based on the number of weeks attended with 36 weeks as the basis. For any withdrawal (voluntary or expulsion) there will be an Early Withdrawal Fee of $500.00 per family.

• K3-K4 preschool/daycare tuition will be billed through the end of the week in which the day of withdrawal occurs. Total tuition charged will be based on the number of weeks attended.

• Written notice of withdrawal must be given to the school office.No transfer of records will be made until all student accounts are paid in full.

• No student with an unpaid account balance will be re-admitted to GHBS or Little Soldiers Preschool and Daycare.

Any unpaid balance remaining on an account after the end of this school year/summer session or after withdrawal from GHBS/Little Soldiers Preschool and Daycare, will be paid in full via the setup automatic payment method on the 10th of the month following the end of the school year or date of withdrawal.​

It is necessary to take collection or legal action for past due accounts, all collection fees, attorney fees, and court costs will be paid by the parents/guardians.
